Following its September 2024 opening, Mystic needed to quickly build credibility in a highly competitive culinary landscape. The restaurant sought to establish its presence, elevate its chef, and earn recognition on top culinary award platforms—such as Canada’s 100 Best and The World’s 50 Best—within a tight timeline.

We identified future-facing opportunities for Mystic, including speaking engagements and award submissions aligned with the brand’s vision. Key platforms such as the Terroir Symposium were identified to support long-term visibility and industry recognition.
