The Challenge
Tartanbond was contracted by Pachena Bay Campground (PBC) to update its digital ad campaigns and launch a new email marketing strategy. The objective was to increase early bookings for its seasonal campground, position the campground as an accessible and uncrowded destination and drive engagement and awareness with its target audiences. Tartanbond also subsequently performed a website audit to
provide insights and recommendations that helped position PCB’s website as a driver for brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
Our Response
Between the period of May 16, 2023 to August 31, 2023, Tartanbond set up PBC's email marketing strategy and launched two drip campaigns for 1) new subscribers, and 2) current subscribers.
Impact
The team also ran successful digital ad campaigns in 2022 and 2023 that garnered nearly 2 million impressions with a low cost-per-click of $0.18, and a strong CTR of 4.08%. A total of 396 purchases were made from the ads with $34,000 in revenue generated from the 2023 ad campaign alone!
The campaigns were successful in driving notably high email subscriptions and bookings, the client was delighted with its high occupancy until the end of its season.
