Northern Lights Resort & Spa (NLRS) is a remote
property nestled in the heart of the Yukon wilderness. Providing guests with all-inclusive, five-star rated experiences, NLRS contracted Tartanbond to refresh its brand and drive bookings and awareness for its property as a year-round destination.
Our Response
Tartanbond supported NLRS' business goals by leading overall strategy and planning of an integrated rebranding and marketing strategy and rollout, supporting with its sold-out bookings for majority of its '24-25 and '25-26 seasons.
Impact
Deliverables and project initiatives included:
- Developed light brand strategy focused on brand positioning and architecture, brand personality, mission, vision and values
- Created brand identity package with style guide including new logo design, typography, colour palette, iconography and graphic elements
- Developed social media and newsletter strategy to support client in activating on these online channels
- Created 1-month social content calendar and 6 months of newsletter content on new branded newsletter template
- Facilitated two seasonal content photoshoots, including pre-and post-production support
- Launched two seasonal digital advertising campaigns to drive bookings and awareness in winter and summer seasons
- Redesigned and launched new optimized website to improve SEO and overall UX
- Developed supporting marketing collateral such as tri-fold brochure and package flyers
