The Challenge
London Drugs sought to boost awareness and engagement for its newer locations while strengthening visibility of its in-store services. The challenge was to reach and motivate target audiences through engaging, authentic content that would build connections and encourage visits.
Our Response
Tartanbond developed and executed a targeted content strategy to help London Drugs strengthen visibility and engagement for its newer locations. We produced authentic, community-focused video content designed to highlight the in-store experience and key services, and distributed it across priority social media channels to reach and motivate local audiences. This approach helped increase awareness, build familiarity with the new stores, and encourage customers to visit in person.
Impact
Over 4 weeks, Tartanbond created a total of six targeted videos for Facebook and Instagram, highlighting the services of the pharmacy. We identified the most important draws to a new pharmacy and the unique offerings of these particular London Drugs locations, and built key messages and scripts for short, engaging videos targeted to the nearby areas featuring pharmacy managers. We managed and led the following actions on the project:
- Built concepts and timelines with the London Drugs pharmacy team
- Developed key messages, storyboarding and video scripts
- Trained and prepped pharmacy spokespeople for filming (pre-filming and on-site)
- Sourcing and briefing in videography team
- Directed two-day on-site filming, including b-roll footage
- Post-production asset development and final delivery
