The Challenge

Tartanbond was contracted by the Jordan Tourism Board of North America to audit their website (myjordanjourney.com), blog and HubSpot analytics. 

The objective was to provide insights and recommendations that help position the Jordan Tourism Board of North America website as a valuable resource and information hub for its consumers, media and travel partners.

To strengthen their digital hub, we conducted a comprehensive review of website content, user pathways, technical performance, and engagement metrics to assess what was performing well, uncover gaps, and identify opportunities for the site to better support consumers, media, and travel partners.

The audit highlighted best practices and suggestions on how to increase online visibility and organic SEO, funnel JTBNA’s target audiences with streamlined UX to achieve the goal of increasing destination awareness, attracting visitors and driving travel to the destination.​​

​The team delivered the fulsome report to the client, which was met with immediate positive feedback. The client was so thrilled with the findings, they were keen to move forward with implementing the audit recommendations and continued website optimization work based on the audit findings.
